By placing an order at www.EarringsBySuzann.com or https://earringsbysuzann.ecrater.com, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old (or have parents' permission to buy from us) and accept these terms & conditions which shall apply to all orders placed or to be placed at Earrings By Suzann for the sale and supply of any products. None of these terms & conditions affects your statutory rights. No other terms or changes to the terms & conditions shall be binding unless agreed in writing signed by us.
The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order.
Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase.
Earrings By Suzann reserves the right to amend any information without prior notice.

The personal information you provide will be used to ensure deliveries to you and provide offers. The information you provide is only available to Earrings By Suzann and will not be shared with other third parties. You always have the right to request Earrings By Suzann to delete or correct the information held about you. By accepting the Earrings By Suzann conditions, you agree to the above.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
All jewelry is hand crafted and should be worn with care. Do not wear jewelry in, or subject jewelry to, any water or liquids including bath, shower, or chemicals, etc. It is suggested to remove jewelry for extreme sports activity. Removal during bathing, sleeping etc. can prolong wear. All jewelry is meant for normal wear by humans. Please do not let pets wear them as they can break.
PAYMENT
All products remain Earrings By Suzann's property until full payment is made. The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order. Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase. All transfers conducted through Earrings By Suzann are handled and transacted through third party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. PayPal information is not stored and all related information is handled over SSL encryption. Please read the terms & conditions for the PayPal for the transaction as they are responsible for the transactions made.
SHIPPING
All orders will take three (3) to five (5) days to be prepared. All orders are sent via Unites States Postal Service Flat Rate. Tracking information will be provided when packages are sent. USPS Priority Mail Flat-Rate Envelope (1-3 days) for all jewelry. USPS Priority Mail Large Flat-Rate Box (1-3 days) for all Secret Gardens.
LOCAL TAXES
Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Earrings By Suzann reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase, and product offerings without prior notice. At the event of when a product is sold out, Earrings By Suzann shall notify the customer of equivalent replacement products if available. All items are handmade. Differences in stones color, shape, and size can occur.

RETURN POLICY
You are entitled to an exchange or refund within 7 days of your purchase. Please note that the product must be returned unused, in original packaging including all tags. In case of refund neither the original shipping cost nor the return shipping cost will be repaid. Please contact us for the return address. If you have sent us something, your items will be respectfully packaged and mailed back to you via United States Postal Service Flat Rate Envelope.
REPAIRS
In the event a repair is needed after the 14 day return period, please inquire by e-mail for return address. Our repair period is within 28 days of purchase. All pieces purchased from Earrings by Suzann are one-of-a-kind and may be not be able to be replaced exactly. Every effort to find a replacement beads will be made. In case of repair return neither the original shipping cost nor the return shipping cost will be repaid. Please contact us for the repair return address. Other repairs to pieces will often be covered under our commitment to quality. Please contact us at [email protected].
• If a ‘finding’ breaks, we are happy to repair it at no charge up to 28 days after purchase. Contact us FIRST at [email protected] before mailing. Once repaired, we will mail it back to you.
• The products are fragile so please do not drop them or wear them in an activity where they may be damaged.
SAFETY
• Do not place in mouth.
• Can be a choking hazard to small children.
• Do not let small children wear or play with any beads or jewelry without supervision.
• Do not drop jewelry.
• Do not put in the washing machine, dryer, microwave, or any other appliances.
• Do not expose to extreme and rapidly changing temperatures.
